S+M Vegan pop up in LA!

No Blind Tiger this month!

We're popping up in LA for the first time, right next to famous (and our personal favorite) Doomie's Home Cookin'! Plus, we'll be collaborating with Charlie's Brownies -his matcha blondie à la mode is vegan, gluten free and out of this world.
LA, we're looking forward to sharing some of our favorite east Asian street eats and Chinese American classics, veganized, with you.

INFO: This is a NO RESERVATIONS event. Simply walk in and order the dishes you'd like, on a first come first serve basis. We accept cash and credit, and we accept to-go orders as well. If you plan on coming late, check out our Instagram @smveganchefs as we'll be updating if anything sells out (though we will be busy with service and not able to answer any calls, texts, emails, or comments during that time, thank you for understanding). BYOB accepted but be responsible!

9- CHARSIU GUABAO (AKA TAIWANESE SLIDERS) Our thick-cut charsiu seitan, pickled carrot and cucumber, charred scallion aioli, crushed peanuts, fried shallot, radish and cilantro in a fluffy steamed bun. -Two sliders per order-

9- NORI CAESAR SALAD Crisp lettuce, watermelon radish, creamy and tangy sesame Caesar dressing, toasted nori and sesame seeds, wonton chips. -Gluten free option-

9- GENERAL TSO'S BRUSSELS SPROUTS Chicken fried Brussels sprouts tossed in a slightly spicy, slightly tangy, slightly sweet sauce, topped with scallion and cilantro.

7- CHIVE BOX Sort of large dumpling/smallish calzone, stuffed with soft scrambled tofu, vermicelli and lots of garlic chive. Served with a sesame-ginger vinaigrette.

8- RICE PACKET Savory sticky rice stuffed with minced shiitake mushroom, garlic chive, yuba, tofu and fermented black bean, wrapped and steamed in fragrant lotus leaves. Served with sesame-ginger vinaigrette. -Gluten free.-

8- CREAM CHEESE RANGOON Deep fried wontons filled with our cultured cashew cream cheese, caramelized onions and roasted peppers. Served with sesame-ginger vinaigrette.

11- MATCHA BLONDIE À LA MODE (By Charlie's Brownies) Matcha green tea blondie topped with coconut ice cream, spirulina caramel, black and white sesame seeds, and goji berries. -Gluten free-.
