Vegan Italian Dinner: Carbonara

Shane and Marie of S+M Vegan prepare their meals using local ingredients, and their own nut cheeses (Fromagerie Essème)

This menu may be subject to slight modifications based on produce availability. Our cooking is always 100% vegan.

Our garlic and herb cheese, whole grain mustard, freshly baked batard bread. Lettuces, marinated tomatoes, roasted eggplant, chickpeas and fresh herbs in a white wine vinaigrette.

Bucatini Carbonara: Organic bucatini from Phoenix Pastificio cooked al dente and tossed in a rich, creamy sauce with smoked Portobello bits. Topped with black pepper, chopped parsley and lemon garlic breadcrumbs.

Bitter Greens: Sauteed mustard greens and kale with garlic, crushed pepper flakes and extra virgin olive oil.

Stone Fruit Tiramisu: Fluffy vanilla almond cake soaked with nectarine syrup and layered with cashew mascarpone. Topped with ripe peaches, nectarines and toasted almond.
