For this meal, we are taking inspiration from our and Sgaia's founders' Italian roots for a unique dinner that combines their expertly made plant-based meats and our passion for local produce and fresh bread, dairy-free cheese and pasta making.

ANTIPASTI: Melon wrapped with Sgaia's pastrami and topped with tarragon,
Sgaia's sliced herb roast with stone fruit mostarda,
housemade provolone, crudités and romesco dip,
blistered shishito peppers and olives, pickled radishes, grapes,
arugula salad with mint, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and freshly baked thyme focaccia.
INVOLTINI DI MELANZANE: Eggplant stuffed with Sgaia's ground aromatico burger and our fresh almond ricotta, baked in a zesty tomato sauce and topped with pangrattato, lemon zest and basil.
FETTUCCINE ALLA CARBONARA: Fresh semolina pasta ribbons tossed in a creamy sauce flecked with black pepper and bits of Sgaia's bacon, and topped with parsley and our shaved vegan parmesan cheese.
TIRAMISU: Coffee and almond liqueur dipped ladyfingers layered with mascarpone and cocoa powder.
